3. Construction, miniperms, and permanent loans with longer amortizations for lower payments
   • Acquisition and Development
     • Interest only, 1-2 yr term
     • Prime + 1 or 2
   • Mini Perm
     • 30-yr amortization for lower payments

     • Term to 25 yrs
